Getting a new tire for this rim.
English rim laced to a starhub.
A 3.00x18 was on it but I’d like to know the minimum to maximum tire it will fit so I have some choices.
Don’t know much about them so this is the pic of the numbers.
They look like WM 2.1o Jones 40 6080

About 2.75-3.5 is it. Anything wider is pinched in the middle, anything narrower has bulged sidewalls. British rims were pretty common for 70s era choppers and such. WM is standard rim measurement, W1, W2, W3, etc.
