I took a while, but here is my solution to adding a master cylinder to a mechanical frame that's already powder coated. This is a MOCK-UP only and isn't permanently attached yet. I will probably use a strap on the right side of the frame to clamp it using the master cylinder bolts.

The way the larger bottom saddle is positioned. It prevents the bracket from moving backwards. I agree with bolting, may use steel rivets, and will side possibly 2 straps on the right side. I haven’t fabricated the straps yet.

1st metal strap design is completed, the second strap will be a little harder to make due to the way the frame tubing is bent.

Took the 45 for it’s first real ride today. Changed the oil and made it here to take a pic.

They don’t even sell oil at this location. Specifically targets dumb tourists.

It's been a long road but the juice brake to mechanical frame conversion is finally finished and works.

We picked up a 1949 WR chopper, lol. Were not even aware that it was until delivered. Was listed as a 1959 solo project. All that seems to be left of the WR are the frame , tanks, and Wico mag. Going to keep it in its current form ,kinda cool that it ended up the way it did.
