Pete, I would price it at $999. Or best offer, plus shipping. The idea being to find someone who can see potential and do the work himself. When you find him, sell it! One less project to fret over.

Thanks, I am going to throw it up on eBay for a crazy number for a few weeks to see if anyone makes an offer, then I will adjust it to something more reasonable and try and move it. Problem I will have for sure is that I'm in Hawaii and shipping is gonna be $500-$600 to the mainland probably.
