Re: tire pressure
I am fairly sure modern tires for bikes need to be in 35 psi range regardless of the age of the bike. would never take my shovel out running any less than that both front and rear.

Re: tire pressure
I have these vintage reproduction firestone tires on and wondering which pressure is right. On the tire wall the maximum load is printed on and the corresponding pressure is 32psi.

Re: tire pressure
Ok, so received a response to my enquiry from Avon re Cobra Chrome MT90 x 16 tyre pressures. (Elapsed time 13days.)
My supplied details:
Bike weighs 294KG (wet) and is almost exclusively a solo rider (who weighs 91KG suited).
I note pressure setting is cold so I'd expect a small pressure increase when hot, perhaps a few psi, something like that. I'll try to remember to check pressure rise next opportunity.
Hope this helps. Make of it what you will.
