I wasn't smart enough to figure it that way. Blue bands are a must....
When I had to replace the cam, lifters, and oil pump in my big inch Evo, after the lifter rollers took a crap, I didn't have an issue holding the lifters up as I installed the lifters & blocks after the cam was in place...
Good trick to know.....
